Tyree Baird named Kane County’s Science Teacher of the Year

Tyree Baird, sixth grade teacher at Kanab Elementary School, has been named Science Teacher of the Year by the Utah Science Teaching Association.

We are proud to announce that Mrs. Tyree Baird, a dedi­cated sixth grade teacher at Kanab El­ementary School, has been named Science Teacher of the Year by the Utah Science Teaching Associa­tion. This prestigious honor recognizes Mrs. Baird’s outstanding contributions to sci­ence education and her unwavering com­mitment to student learning.

She will be formally recognized at the UtSTA Annual Con­ference on September 19, where educators from across the state will celebrate her achievement.
