He also served Kane County as a police officer, Justice of the Peace and District Technology Manager, including being an auctioneer and announcer for various community events and parade preparations. While Jacque Sorenson, born and raised in Orderville, was a staffer at the State Legislature, they dated, married and returned to Orderville, where she was a 4H administrator and VHs teacher herself, while her numerous community activities became legendary, including as a daughter of the Utah Pioneers.
