Kanab City launches new online autopayment portal

Kanab City is transitioning to a new online payment portal designed to provide a more convenient and secure way for residents and businesses to manage utility and business license accounts.

Customers who currently use automatic payments will need to create a new account and re-enroll in AutoPay through the new system. Existing AutoPay enrollments will not transfer, and customers who wish to continue automatic payments should complete the process before their next payment is due.

The new payment portal is available at kanabut.ourcommunityconnect.com. City officials encourage customers with questions or who need assistance setting up their accounts to contact Kanab City for help with the transition.
