According to police reÂports from the Colorado City-Hildale Police Department, a westbound grey sedan crossed the center line on State Road 59 into oncoming traffic and struck an oncoming RV towing another vehicle on a trailer behind it; the sedan then collided head-on with an eastbound truck, bringing both to a stop.

Per the police report, response was complicated by a propane tank on the RV which had been damÂaged by the crash and was venting propane gas into the air. Four individuals involved in the crash sufÂfered serious injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals by ambulance.
As the crash is under investigation, with potential civil and criminal charges underway, police were unable to release further information at this time.
