KANE COUNTY — Kane County Hospital is proud to support the Paleo Pangolins FIRST LEGO League robotics team with a $1,500 donation to help fund their upcoming trip to the International Open Championship in Jalisco, Mexico.

The team has made history this season, placing third out of 187 teams statewide and earning selection as one of six State Champions advancing to international competition. Their accomplishment reflects hard work, creativity and dedication and is a proud moment for the Kane County community.
Hospital CEO Kurt Loveless and Outreach Specialist Brittney Johnson recently had the opportunity to see the team’s robot in action, highlighting the innovation and teamwork behind their success. “We were incredibly impressed with what these students have accomplished,” said Loveless. “It’s exciting to see young people in our community achieving at such a high level, and we’re proud to support them.”
