KANAB — Kane County Hospital’s Senior Life Solutions program has been named the 2025 Program of the Year by Psychiatric Medical Care (PMC), which manages the program.

Psychiatric Medical Care partners with more than 250 hospitals and health systems across the country to provide behavioral healthcare services. Each year, top-performing programs are recognized based on their excellence in demonstrating PMC’s values of care, compliance and community. Award recipients are selected for providing outstanding patient care, strong understanding and execution of compliance regulations and meaningful community engagement.
Kane County Hospital’s Senior Life Solutions program supports the unique needs of older adults, typically those age 65 and older, who may be experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief and other mental health challenges often associated with aging.
The program’s team includes a board-certified psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, licensed therapist, registered nurse and other trained professionals who work together to ensure each patient receives compassionate, individualized care.
Families, friends, community members, physicians and other health professionals can refer individuals to the program. Self-referrals are also welcome.
