Kanab Fire Department responds to motor vehicle accident; one patient airlifted

At 5:10 p.m. on November 17, Kanab City Fire Department crews were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident. Extrication was initiated and one patient was transported to Kanab airport for air medical transport. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
