The annual Kanab Train Show brings together kids and adults, fans and hobbyists and buyers and sellers of trains to town this weekend, February 11-12, 2022.

Now in its seventh year, the show will be held in the new Kanab Center convention hall right across from the historic Parry Lodge. Visitors will enjoy over a dozen operating model railroad displays, several of which allow kids and adults to try their hand at running trains in miniature. They’ll also get to enjoy a large Lego display and information from several area tourist railroads. It will fill the whole main building.
This year’s edition of the show also includes a large contingent of vendors from all over the western United States selling everything from items in tiny N-scale to Lionel toy trains to much larger G-scale equipment, as well as Lego minifigures and other railroad related items. It’s a whole gymnasium full of things to choose from.
Admission is free again this year, though donations will be greatly appreciated. The show is open on Friday the 11, from 4 – 9 p.m., and again on Saturday the 12, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
