Southern Utah News readers recently pointed out that while there is much reporting done on residential developments and subdivision business, these large swathes of land and property can stay somewhat conceptual - the idea of the development is there, but remains somewhat unconnected to the actual land in the area. As such, with the help of Kanab City and Kane County Staff, as well as satellite images via Google Maps, we have highlighted the geographical layouts of some of the most talked about developments in the Kanab area.
Specific details on the planning and zoning processes of each of these developments are available in the public access portions of city and county sites, as well as by record request to each body’s respective staff.
