Justin Baird, recent Valley High School graduate soon to be on his way to Norfolk, Virginia, for his LDS Mission, here with the encouragement of his dad Tyler as Clown support, managed to complete his eight-second ride!

The father-son Team Roping tandem of Tyler and Justin Baird rode to win, timing-in at 6.78 seconds flat! In the photo, dad Tyler has already accomplished his Header duty, while Justin is prepping his Heeler role. The recently graduated Valley High School alum will soon be on his way to Norfolk, Virginia, serving as an LDS Missionary in the vicinity of the United States Navy Base there.
