Dr. Janiel Cragun brings comprehensive women’s health services to southern Utah
KANAB, Utah — Residents of southern Utah now have local access to highly specialized, expert gynecologic care. Dr. Janiel Cragun, MD, a board-certified gynecologic oncologist, is officially now accepting new patients at the Kane County Hospital, located at 355 N Main St in Kanab.
Dr. Cragun brings an extensive background of academic and clinical leadership to the community, having previously held long-standing roles with the University of Arizona and Banner University Medical Center. Her practice focuses broadly on women’s health, offering everything from standard preventative screenings to complex surgical treatments.
Dr. Cragun earned her medical degree from the University of Utah before completing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the prestigious Duke University Medical Center. She further advanced her specialization by completing fellowship training in Gynecologic Oncology at the Moffitt Cancer Center and the University of South Florida.
