Winnie Spendlove, 81, passed away peacefully on August 13, surrounded by her loving husband and fi ve children.

Winnie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was the proud mother of five children, grandmother of 14, great-grandmother of 21 and great great-grandmother of two. Her family was the center of her life, and she treasured every moment spent with them.

Throughout most of her life, Winnie had a special gift for caring for others. She spent many years caring for senior citizens and serving her community, including doing hair for seniors. Her kindness, generosity and willingness to help others touched many lives. She was deeply loved and will be remembered by so many who had the privilege of knowing her.

Winnie was preceded in death by her beloved grandsons, Aaron DiBella, Chase Spendlove and Avery Spendlove, and her daughter-in-law, Laneace Spendlove. She leaves behind her loving husband, Waldo Spendlove; her children, LaTeresa Spendlove, Todd Spendlove, Marty Spendlove (Tricia), Suzanne Bisegna (Rob), and Clinton Spendlove.

Winnie’s legacy lives on through the family she loved so deeply and through the many lives she touched with her caring heart and service to others. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 19, at 11 a.m. (Ariz. Time) at Fredonia Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that those who wish to honor Winnie consider making a donation to the family to help with funeral and related expenses.
