Warren Kent Fisher
March 4, 1936 – November 26, 2025

Warren Kent Fisher was born in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, on March 4, 1936, to Christopher “Bud” Fisher and Lillian Depew Fisher. He left home at 16 years old to start working, taking odd jobs until he was 18. At 18 Dad started working for an oil service company, Camco, in Northern Alberta. After two boys, Dad started working overseas, still with Camco, taking his family with him. Holland and Venezuela were first, two years each, then back to Canada, where he drove an Electrihall for a mining company in BC for one year. He then bought and operated a service station for a year in Summerland, BC in the Okanagan Valley. Then it was back to the oil fields overseas in Nigeria, Saudi Arabia and Libya.
After retiring from Camco, Dad returned to Canada, where he started a new career as a truck driver. In 1994, he and Helena moved to Kanab, Utah. Dad continued driving truck, eventually retiring for good in 2005.
Dad loved the outdoors and spent many years hunting, fishing and camping. He enjoyed woodworking and was always building or fixing something. He loved spending time with family and friends and was always willing to lend a helping hand.
Warren is survived by his wife, Helena; his sons and their families; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
