It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of James Peter Wentz. James passed suddenly on June 2, 2025, at sometime around 7 a.m.

James leaves his fiancé Tami Thompson, the love of his life with whom he was going to be married on June 30, 2025. He also leaves his mother Sherilyn Wentz and five siblings: Chuck Wentz, Frank Wentz, Sherilyn Brydon, Maureen Casper and Joleen Browning.

James was born on July 11, 1965, in Price, Utah. He was raised in the San Diego, California, area most of his adolescence. James had a passion for sports, especially professional football and baseball.

There will be a funeral service held for James on July 1, 2025, at 12 p.m., at St. Christopher Catholic Church.
