Gloria Gertrude Tobanche, age 93, died at her home in Mt. Carmel, Utah on April 24, 2025. She was born January 23, 1932, in San Diego, California, to Florence Lovett and James Wayne Devins. She married Juan Fernando Tobanche Savala on October 24, 1996. She worked as a waitress in several restaurants throughout her life.

Survivors include husband Juan Fernando Tobanche-Savala; children Jimmy (Heather), Julie, Diane, Sara (Rick) and Tony; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Private cremation arrangements were made with Mosdell Mortuary.
