Gary Leo Covington was born on April 12, 1973, in Murray, Utah, and died on February 8, 2025, in San Pedro, Calif., from complications of pneumonia.

Gary was born to parents Harold Morse Covington and Delphine Lauraine Landry.

Gary served in the Marines and Army.

He is survived by his mother, Delphine; sisters Lorna (Hortman) and Emelie (Haygood); and brothers Ronald Harold Covington and David Gordon Covington.

Gary has three sons: Brandon Lee Covington (wife Kennedy), Kevin Leo Covington, and Jeremy Luke Covington (wife Jenna); and one granddaughter, Delilah Covington.

Gary was preceded in death by all grandparents and his father, Harold Morse Covington.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, February 21, 2025, at 165 North 350 West, American Fork, Utah 84003.
