The family of Ezra Evangelista is deeply saddened to announce his passing on April 15, 2026, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, at the age of 29. He was born on May 28, 1996, in Summertown, Tennessee, and spent his formative years in Kanab, Utah. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Michael and Avery; his siblings, Kyla, Judah and Shandi; and his many loved ones and friends.

Ezra was a loving son, grandson, brother, uncle, student and friend with a humble, creative spirit, a strong sense of humor and an incredible talent for storytelling. He was a songwriter, a musician, a technology enthusiast and a warm, compassionate person who cultivated the kindness of everyone he encountered. He worked hard, and struggled hard, through many diverse and interesting chapters of his all-too-short life on this earth. He loved dogs, children, art, music, electronics, cooking, traveling, nature, his family and his friends.

While we are deeply and irreversibly saddened by this profound loss, we find comfort in knowing he is finally at peace. Those of us who were blessed to know him will be forever grateful for the impression he made on our lives and hearts and will miss him immensely for all time.
