Don Alan Allen, 82, passed away peacefully on April 8, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Don was born November 11, 1942, to Kenneth and Dorothy Allen. He grew up with a love for the outdoors, hard work, and family—values that remained with him throughout his life.

He married the love of his life, Patricia, and together they built a home filled with love, laughter, and service. Don was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose greatest happiness came from spending time with his family.

A gifted craftsman and dedicated worker, Don could build or repair nearly anything. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting, fishing, camping, and sharing his knowledge with his children and grandchildren. He was known for his quiet strength, patience, and willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it.

Don is survived by his wife, Patricia; his children and their spouses; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his siblings; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Dorothy Allen, and other beloved family members.

Funeral services were held Saturday, April 19, 2025, at the Kanab Utah Stake Center. Interment followed in the Kanab Cemetery.
