This Saturday, June 20, Kael Weston will host a gathering at the Ranchos Park at 6 p.m. All are invited to meet this highly qualified candidate, and all political persuasions are welcome.

Masks are encouraged, and there is plenty of room in the park to stay safe distances from the crowd. Bring your own lawn chairs and some cold drinks if you wish!

Weston is a native Utahn whose ancestry goes back to settling the Milford area. His education began at the University of Utah, and went on to Cambridge University, a Fulbright Scholarship to Amsterdam School of International Relations, and the London School of Economics.

Weston worked for the State Department for more than a decade, serving seven years in the Middle East, including four years as the Political Advisor to the Marine commanding generals in Iraq. He also served in Afghanistan’s Khost Province, prioritizing U.S. reconstruction funds.

Weston authored “The Mirror Test,” a book about those seven years, which won a New York Times Editor’s Choice and the Military Times’ Book of the Year. Our local library has a copy available.

Weston’s guiding values are “Better Neighbors” and “Country over Party.” You can read what this means to him and more about his candidacy at WestonforCongress.com.

He looks forward to meeting local residents – one of his favorite things to do – at the Ranchos Park at 6 p.m., this Saturday.
