Kanab Realty moves into new digs
You can’t help but get positive vibes upon visiting Kanab Realty at its new location at 310 South 100 East, Unit 6 (near Nedra’s). Owner and realtor Roxanne Leonard and associate Kendra Hafen are upbeat and positive they can help you with your real estate needs!
Leonard began Kanab Realty in November 2016. Kanab Realty is a member of the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Washington County MLS, which gives additional southern Utah exposure when listing.
A Salt Lake native, Leonard moved to Kanab with her husband William, who was called to be the pastor of the Calvary Chapel in Kanab. The couple has six children between them, with seven grandchildren in five different states!
“I love Kanab,” said Leonard. “Obviously, the scenery is amazing. It’s hard to hide the view here! I also like the space. There is also a strong sense of community that I appreciate. We felt it from the very first time we came here.”
And real estate is a great industry to be in right now! As everyone knows, the housing market is booming.
“The hard part is the rental market is so tight right now,” commented Leonard of the current housing market. “Buying and selling homes are our passion,” Leonard said. “We want to serve with integrity and provide good quality service.”
In doing so, she brought Kanab resident Kendra Hafen on to the Kanab Realty team. “She hit the ground running,” said Leonard. “Kendra has been a great addition.”
Hafen’s positive personality works to her advantage since getting her real estate license in March of this year.
“There are so many things I like about this job,” said Hafen. “I enjoy working with people and helping them find the perfect home that fits them. It’s been fun and exciting.”
Leonard said it’s a special joy helping first time homebuyers with their search. So many young couples think they can’t qualify for a loan, so they continue to rent. We suggest everyone who wants to own a home sit down with a lender and find out if they qualify or what they need to do to qualify. More often than not, there is a lending option that will get them in a home quickly!
“It’s just so neat to interact with the clients,” agreed Hafen. “I love helping them with their goals and objectives, and helping them overcome any barriers. You become friends with your clients. I love the diversity that’s coming into our communities. It’s very exciting.”
Kanab Realty wants to put the customer first when it comes to helping you buy or sell real estate. Their phone number is 435-644-8000.
“We are dedicated to ensuring that each buyer and seller receives the best representation, expertise and advice,” said Leonard. “We love helping buyers with the dream of home ownership or equipping sellers with the information and resources to get their home sold. Our goal at Kanab Realty is to help each client get the best price and terms possible with integrity and the utmost in service.”
