Forbes 5 Star Service Training coming to Kanab
Best Friends Animal Society is partnering with the Kanab Area Chamber of Commerce, Kane County Office of Economic Development and the Kane County Office of Tourism to bring Forbes 5 Star Service Training to Kane County on August 29 and 30. In an effort to elevate customer service across Kane County, this training will be provided free of charge to all employees working in the area.
Matt Brown, Economic Development Director for Kane County, stated, “We are so fortunate to have the professionals from Forbes 5 Star Training coming to Kanab. I can’t think of anyone better to help us up our game when it comes to customer service for those who live and visit this great place.”
This four-hour training session is designed to increase the skill set of those working with external or internal customers. Even the most experienced customer service experts will learn ways to elevate their performance. Local business owners will learn how to make millennials, boomers, tourist, locals, and everyone in between, fall in love with their business through customer service excellence. Service oriented employees will gain confidence relating to every customer, learning how to make all interactions memorable and share-worthy experiences that are rewarding for them as well as the customer.
Forbes Executive Trainer Eduardo Duran and Best Friends board member and Forbes Branding Vice President Mica Hill will conduct this valuable training event.
“This training is one of the many in a series of service elevated trainings that we have brought to the business community over the past five years,” said Colette Cox, of the Kanab Area Chamber of Commerce. “This is a great opportunity for business owners, managers and employees to increase their skill set. I highly encourage small business participation in this exclusive training.”
Area business managers and employees have four sessions available to choose from when registering: Tuesday, August 29, from 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. or 12:30-5 p.m.; Wednesday, August 30, from 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. or 12:30-5 p.m., all times are Mountain Time. Registration can be completed online at http://bit.ly/forbestraining. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis, so employees are encouraged to register early. The training will be held at the Juniper Ridge Restaurant, 2631 Highway 89A, Fredonia. A continental breakfast will be served with the morning sessions and a light lunch will be served with the afternoon session.
This exclusive training is paid for through a generous grant from Best Friends Animal Society.
