Last year, the Kane County Office of Tourism hosted Kevin Cullen, the star of Motorhead Traveler, for several days of fun in Kane County. His crew came to Kanab and filmed a special that will air on MAVTV on September 11, at 7 a.m. and again at 10 a.m. Check your local cable directory for exact times (Channel 214 on DirecTV).

This episode features Coral Pink Sand Dunes, fishing on Lake Powell, Peek-a-boo Slot Canyon, photo tips from Terry Alderman, and fun at the Little Hollywood Cowboy Cookout Dinner Theater.

Here is the episode description:

Welcome back to Utah! In today’s episode we continue our tour of the incredible state of Utah, this time in Kanab! They call the area Little Hollywood because of the amount of Western movies shot here, and we get to participate in some intense shoot-‘em-up dinner theatre inside the set of ‘The Outlaw Josey Wales’!

We also hit the Coral Pink Sand Dunes in this episode for some more world class ATVing through some of the most scenic trails we have ever come across, Then we switch it up by taking a boat tour of Lake Powell! In addition, we hook up with Alderman’s Slickrock Adventure Photographic Tours to get a crash course in how to take stills of this amazing landscape!

Here’s what Motorhead Traveler is all about:

Motorhead Traveler is an entirely new TV concept, combining the best in motorsports with fantastic world travel. Host Kevin Cullen takes viewers on a global tour of exotic vacation spots for motorsports lovers – from the scenic sledding in Kiruna, Sweden, to rugged off-road racing in Uganda. Presented in high definition, Motorhead Traveler is as much about the amazing scenery as it is about watching Kevin Cullen sample the local cuisine or explore the history and culture of these unique destinations. By land, by sea, and by air, these places offer the go-fast experience of a lifetime.  It’s about the kinds of vacations filled with everything from jet skiing to off-roading to drag racing…the sorts of things a real motorhead won’t want to miss.
