In their 14th year, the Women’s Forum in Kanab continues to provide motivational, entertaining and educational workshops, created to provide the women who attend a new perspective, new knowledge and new tips for improving their lives on several topics: health, finances, personal growth, and home and family. This year will be no exception to the quality of workshops the Forum strives to provide.

Last week, we highlighted a few of the extraordinary people who will be presenting workshops at this year’s Forum, including: Energy101: Tools for the Journey, presented by new local Charlene Schatz; Fun with Fondant, presented by our own Carragh Maloney; Hair Styling and Spring Fashions, presented by Lacy Scherf; Detox Your Mind: Staying Positive during Negative Times, presented by Jordan Sharp of St. George.

The Forum is also pleased to introduce the remaining presenters and their workshops:

Happiness is not by Chance, but by Choice, presented by Amy Bentley, former Kanab native. Bentley brings her real life experience and education to the Forum to explore techniques to help ourselves and those we care about, choose happiness; providing us with perspective, gratitude, and creativity to help us rise to the occasion.
