In an effort to preserve regularly used rural county roads, Kane County is seeking additional witnesses who can testify that they or others used the road prior to 1976. This evidence will help determine which roads on BLM lands belong to the County, so that the County may keep those roads open for public use. Please call the County Clerk at 644-2458.
