Kane County School District (KCSD) recently conducted its first annual Christmas card contest where students across the district were encouraged to submit a design for the cover of the district Christmas cards.  School districts across the state as well as KCSD employees will receive the cards with the original student artwork printed on the card.  We would like to thank Quality Printing for printing the cards at no cost to the district.

This year, Mason Barber at Kanab Elementary submitted the winning card. He received an art set and a $20 gift card to Amazon.  I would like to personally congratulate Mason on his accomplishment and thank all of the students who submitted their artwork for the contest.  It is very difficult to select just one card when we receive so many wonderful entries.

Happy Holidays!
