May 1, was the first day for the Intermountain Garfield Memorial Hospital Mobile Clinic. The crew arrived ready to accept patients and start their quest to serve the area.

Monday and Thursday will be the designated clinic days. The fully equipped van will be parked north of the Glendale Town Hall. Each Monday a doctor and staff will accept patients. There will be a rotation of doctors.

Next Monday, May 8, Dr. Mooney will be the traveling doctor with the “rolling clinic.” Staff members include Shelby Hall MA, Desiree Sidwell, MA, Jennifer Grud, Registrar, Isabel Vanderslice, medical student, will travel with the doctor in the mobile clinic.

The clinic is also serving Marysvale, Antimony, Duck Creek, Glendale and Bryce, Utah. The clinic provides every service that a regular clinic provides. There are two clinic rooms where patients will have the privacy of seeing their doctor. They will be setting up well-woman clinic days, as well as other special clinics, for the communities.

The staff is proud of their logo, “High Quality Care Close to Home,” and are excited to express their commitment to serve and their desire to become acquainted with members of the communities.
