Heritage Fair happiness
Everyone is invited to enjoy the interesting displays of Fredonia students K-12 at the Heritage Fair on Thursday, March 9, at the Fredonia Elementary Gym, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
The Fredonia Historical Society will have a display in addition to student essays about local history.
Fredonia High School foreign exchange students from Italy, Mongolia and Mexico will add an interesting spice to the mix of our local “Cowboys and Indians.”
All students are expected to participate. Some exhibit ideas are: quilts or handmade items, Indian blankets or baskets, old or traditional clothing, hats or trade equipment, photos, books or tools, art, clocks, or lamps, saddles or outdoor gear.
A variety of refreshments will include gingerbread from Germany, pizza from Italy and a traditional favorite, brownies.
Each fair entry is important and appreciated. We hope to see you there!
