Homecoming week for Fredonia was filled with lots of fun activities this year. Tuesday was sci-fi day, and that night we had a community movie night and watched “Remember the Titans” in the gym. Wednesday was twin day and peach fuzz volleyball. Thursday was Blue and White Day. The parade was Thursday evening, followed by an Indian Taco Dinner. That night there was the bon-fire out at red hills.

Saturday was our football game against the Joseph City Wildcats. Unfortunately, we did not come away with a win, but our boys played clear till the end!

After the football game, our varsity volleyball girls played against Water Canyon and walked away with a win.

That evening was our homecoming dance, held outside on the basketball court. It turned out to be beautiful.

We would like to thank everyone who came out and supported our kids this week: Everyone who participated in the parade; the Fredonia Fire Department for helping out with the bon-fire; head football coach Eddie Heaton and assistant coaches Darrell Heaton and Brandon Tait; volleyball head coach Alicia McCormick and assistant coach Jenell Stovall; cheer advisor Jamie Jones; drill advisor Lauray Huntington; Principal Brett Waite, Superintendent Joe B. Wright, Athletic Director Ray Bowler, teachers and staff.
