Caiitlin Moore, 22, of Tucson, AZ, sustained fatal injuries in an early morning July 11 single vehicle accident near Church Wells. Trooper Nick Berrie reported that Moore was driving northbound on SR-89, when it appeared she fell asleep and drifted off the right side of the road. Her vehicle hit a culvert and a road going into Church Wells, which caused the vehicle to roll multiple times. Moore was not impaired and was wearing a seatbelt.
