Scottie Lamb, Braden Spencer, Chris Adair and Jaron Palmer did a great job representing Long Valley FFA in the Ag Mechanics competition at Snow College on October 6. We would like to congratulate them on getting second place and our range team got sixth at state! Way to go boys!

The annual Deer Hunters Ball was a success and we’re already looking forward to next year. Thank you to everybody who donated door prizes and came to the dance!

The FFA officers and the Equine Science class got to go carve pumpkins with the second graders. We love this tradition and are so grateful to Mrs. Roundy for letting it continue.

Western National Range Judging was held in Orderville this year and it was a blast! The Farm Bureau provided breakfast, and Long Valley FFA provided lunch. We would like to thank everyone who helped and participated in the competition.

The Farm Bureau Discussion Meet rolled around and we had excellent representation. Dustin Winter, Braden Spencer, CJ Adair and Scottie Lamb all did a great job, with Dustin Winter taking first place at the county and district levels. He will be representing Long Valley FFA at State.

We have had a successful year so far, and would like to thank our community for being so supportive in all we do.
