“Where do I vote?” is a frustration for many voters in Kanab City. Early voting at the courthouse, by mail voting on municipal years for non-municipal voters, absentee voting, and different polling locations on Election Day cause confusion for voters.

But no more! August 11, 2015, is the debut of the Kanab Election Center. The four Kanab City precincts will all vote at the courthouse in an election center. The voting will be in the Commission Chambers. Voters using their driver’s license or State ID will sign in and receive their voter card in the hallway in front of the chambers, then vote in the chambers on the voting machines. Although change is always stressful, this process should make things easier for the voters.
