Raising Kane: 'It's Your Turn' Business Summit
The 7th annual Kane County Business Summit takes place on Friday, January 16, at the Stampin’ Up! manufacturing facility in Kanab, located at 1400 S. Highway 89A.
The theme of the summit is ”Raising Kane: It’s Your Turn,” starting at 8 a.m. and concluding at 1 p.m. with topics covered including the state of economy and business trends, especially at local and state levels.
The keynote presentation will be from Jeff Edwards, President and CEO of the Economic Development Corporation of Utah (EDCUtah). Breakfast and lunch will be served and cost of registration is only $10.
“In addition to being an unmatched value, we invite everyone to attend and learn what’s going on economically in southern Utah’s Kane County,” said Kane County Commissioner Dirk Clayson. Clayson went on to say, “it’s your turn to join us at the summit and we hope to see you here.”
A pallet of experts will present breakout sessions on topics including filmmaking, Kane County economy, tourism, branding, hospitality, marketing, energy, and technology.

Lunch will precede Jeff Edwards’ presentation at noon.
