A May 28 accident on SR 89 resulted in a single vehicle fatality. Johanna Green, 54, of Richfield, was the driver of a 1999 Dodge Intrepid traveling southbound. For unknown reasons, Green drifted off the road to the right. She attempted to re-enter the highway, over-correcting and rolled the vehicle three times. Trooper Andrew Thackery investigated the accident. The driver was wearing a seatbelt.
