The Utah Nonprofits Association and the Center for Education, Business and the Arts are pleased to announce an Event Planning Strategy Workshop for organizations on February 8 from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. The event will be held at the Southwest Applied Technology College in Kanab, across from Kanab Middle School.

The workshop will be led by Michelle Thompson, CMP, and will discuss event planning structure, timelines, management, delegation, volunteer recruitment, and dozens of other event-related issues. Participants will learn how to organize a better-attended and fun event that has the potential to make more money.
