Advance tickets available for local production of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers
Kanab Community Theatre presents Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, a multi community production sponsored by the Kanab Utah and Kanab Utah Kaibab Stakes of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
This production is based on the MGM film Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, and takes inspiration from The Sobbin’ Women by Stephen Vincent Benet. Originally produced on Broadway, this production includes music by Gene de Paul and new songs by Al Kasha and Joel Hirschhorn.
The show tells the energetic and entertaining story about the courting mishaps of seven brothers. Filled with comedy and drama, the audience watches as these seven brothers learn how to win the hearts of seven beautiful girls. It is a show the whole family will enjoy. Performance dates are August 2, 3 and 4.
Watch it live at the KHS Auditorium, 59 East Cowboy Way, in Kanab. You can purchase tickets in advance on Monday and Tuesday, July 30-31, and Wednesday, August 1, at the KHS Box Office from 5-7 p.m. Tickets will be sold as reserved seating. You will be asked to sit in the seats that correspond with the row and number indicated on your tickets.
